I started at Department 15, at Quality Control including control staff. After that, I was promoted to Department 10, which is quite a big department so I had more responsibility, and also more problems to solve! It has been very challenging for me. Then, Store Suwintawong opened, so I was able to gain experience in Store Opening.
Over my 11 years experiences in Carrefour, I had the opportunity to work in many different functions. And since I gained trust from the management, I had more and more responsibilities. It is quite challenging and I feel that I am still learning everyday with Carrefour.

What I like with working at Carrefour, is first that we can improve ourselves. Whenever I have a problem, I can directly talk to my boss about it, and whenever I make a mistake, I get the chance to learn from it.
