Customers can easily purchase electronic top-up airtime to top up their mobile phone at Carrefour's POS terminals without scratching an airtime card. |

1. Customer tells the cashier amount of airtime he/she wants to top-up their mobile phones
2. Cashier enters amount in cash register
3. Customer pays for the Top Up amount
4. Cash register prints 18-digi code for airtime activation
on receipt
5. Customer sends SMS + 18 digit code to activate a code, similar to scratch cards.
5.1 For AIS pre-paid customer : *589* + 18 digit + # + press Send
5.2 For DTAC pre-paid customer : *100* + 18 digit + # + press Send
6. Customer receives instant SMS to confirm amount is transferred
to his/her mobile phone. |

1. This program is open for customers using AIS One-2-Call, AIS Sawasdee and DTAC Happy
2. This program is available at every Carrefour store and within the coverage area of the participating phone network
3. Available airtime code for
3.1 AIS (One-2-Call, Sawasdee) amount of 50, 100, 150, 300 and 500 baht
3.2 DTAC (Happy) amount of 50, 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 baht
4. Top Up amount will expire after 6 months from activating date
5. If send SMS with incorrect code for 9 times, the company reserves the right to stop activating Top up amount to that particular mobile phone number. For more information on reactivating code, please contact 02-789-3233
6. Carrefour reserves the right to terminate this program at any time without notification in advance
7. Carrefour holds the right to delay that injection to the customer under the following circumstances; suspicious transaction behavior, system failure, system limitations and investigation due to data error
8. Carrefour reserves the right not to be responsible for any damage under the following circumstances;
8.1 any default or any contract breaking or any mistake content of any suppliers, network operator or service provider or M Cashback (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.
8.2 any error in system or software
8.3 any failure for goods or services
9. Carrefour’s decision on all matters pertaining to this program is final
